5 sampling requirements

5.1 sampling model or specification

the samples shall be products of the same model, specification and batch

5.2 sampling base, sampling quantity

5.2.1 sampling location

recently produced products with product quality inspection certificate or other forms of qualification are randomly selected from the finished product warehouse of the enterprise or the area for sale of the distribution unit

5.2.2 sampling base

5.2.4 matters needing attention in sampling

5.2.4.1 sampling shall be carried out by sampling technicians on site, and enterprises shall not sample by themselves. The samples taken shall be products with certificates of product quality inspection or other forms indicating that they are qualified

5.2.4.2 when sampling, the sampling personnel shall carefully verify the relevant information of the sampled enterprise such as the business license, and confirm that the enterprise does not have the situation that sampling is not allowed. In case of any of the following circumstances and valid certificates can be provided, sampling shall not be allowed:

(1) the products listed in the notice of unsupervised random inspection or copies of relevant documents of the enterprise under random inspection

(2) there is sufficient evidence to prove that the products to be sampled are not for sale

(3) the product does not involve mandatory standard requirements, and is only processed and produced according to the technical requirements agreed by both parties, and no standard is implemented

(4) there is sufficient evidence to prove that the products to be sampled are for export by the enterprise, and the export contract has other provisions on product quality

(5) products or labels, packages and instructions marked with "trial production", "treatment" or "samples"

(6) the enterprise provides the supervision and random inspection sampling list or qualification inspection report of the same specification and model of the product within 6 months from the superior market supervision department

5.3 sample disposal

5.4 sampling form
