Their idea is correct, but these products are the basis of the whole production process, not just a part of the workflow
in the recycling process, high-pressure water can be used to remove the ink and emulsifier on the target node. This can make the eyes more emotional. The greater the original printing tension, the better the printing effect
another problem I often hear is that high pressure can tear eyes. Silk may break during recycling, but high-pressure cleaning is not the main reason for its fracture. With the decrease of mesh tension, the possibility of wire breakage will increase. Low tension silk is more elastic, like that on a trampoline. When you use high-pressure water to wash the low tension wire, the eye will quickly rebound under the pressure of water. This will cause the target to vibrate and cause the wire to break. On the other hand, the elasticity of high tension wire (25n/cm or even greater) is relatively small, so high-pressure washing can effectively remove ghosting on this kind of template
in order to reduce the chance of breakage of silk in the recycling process, it is best to clean it from the bottom of the silk at least 12 inches away from the mesh. The cleaning roller can only be removed when the top of the washer is 1 to 2 inches away from the wire surface. Finally, keep cleaning the silk until all the patterns are removed
