1 The driving must be in normal condition, especially the safety devices, such as brake mechanism, sound and light, signal, interlocking device, etc., must be sensitive and intact

2. During the working process, the operator should concentrate on idling before lifting, and then lifting. The lifted object should be 100 ~ 150mms above the ground. If it is found that the lifted object is not tightly bound, it should be re tied. The signal bell should be sent before driving; The lifted object shall not pass over the head. When the crown block starts, it is strictly prohibited to repair, inspect, refuel and wipe the machine parts. If a fault is found during operation, it must be stopped immediately

3. When the work is terminated, stop the crown block on the parking line and lift the hook in place. No heavy objects shall be hung on the hook. Put all controllers and levers to the zero position, pull off the power switch, and lock the cab door

4. The bridge crane must be equipped with reliable and sensitive safety devices. Generally, there are buffers, limiters (travel limiters, lifting limiters), lifting limiters, wind proof rail clamping pliers, etc

5. The shell of all live parts of the crane shall be reliably grounded, and the accidental electric shock accident of the operator shall be avoided according to the market access regulations. When the trolley track is not welded on the main beam, it should also be grounded by welding, and the step-down transformer should be grounded on the low-voltage side as required

6. The bridge crane shall not be lifted under the following conditions

(1) there is no command or the command signal is incorrect

(2) the running equipment is defective or the safety device fails

(3) overload lifting or unclear equipment quality

(4) stand on or under the lifting object and use the crane hook to lift people

(5) the light is dark and the vision is not clear

(6) the tensile lifting objects of non-metallic materials and parts, components and components have sharp edges and corners or are inclined to pull and lift, and safety measures are not taken to prevent the broken fragments of the sample from flying out and injuring the experimental personnel
